End User Agreement

This agreement governs use of the Lystrup Maher website and client portal.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this site and portal, you agree to this End User Agreement and applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy.

2. Authorized Use

Portal access is limited to authorized users for legitimate business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for all activity under your account.

3. Account Security Requirements

Users must follow security controls enforced by the platform, including authentication and multi-factor requirements. Attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.

4. Service Scope

Portal content is provided for project coordination, invoicing, document access, and change-management workflows. Contract-specific scope is governed by signed client agreements.

5. Acceptable Use Restrictions

You may not:

  • access data without authorization,
  • attempt to disrupt service availability or integrity,
  • reverse engineer protected portions of the platform, or
  • upload malicious or unlawful content.

6. Intellectual Property

Platform design, content, and software elements are owned by Lystrup Maher LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lystrup Maher disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, policy violations, legal requirements, or upon contractual termination.

9. Governing Terms

Additional commercial terms may be defined in signed agreements such as SOWs, MSAs, and amendments. If conflicts arise, signed agreements control for those parties.
